Everything tastes fresh and well-prepared, and it is one of those places we always feel good about choosing. Their vermicelli bowls are also great—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We also really enjoy their bánh mì, especially the chicken, pork, and tofu options. They are delicious, well-balanced, and perfect when we want something different from pho. Beyond the food, we really enjoy their drinks. The jasmine green tea is one of our favorites, especially with boba added, and the brown sugar milk tea is also excellent. The staff is also amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, and make the experience feel personal. They remember us when we come back and even know our usual order, which says a lot about the care they put into their customers. Overall, Pho Viet has become a true go-to for us when we want fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food in Bend. Stopped by the Grove for a bite with the fam - had a blast! The staff were super friendly and helpful - had a pleasant conversation with Caleb while waiting for my food. :) Ordered the Pho Noodles - everything was delicious! Pho Viet is delicious. My entire family eats here at least once a week. The soups are filling but not too heavy. The vermicelli bowls are also a favorite. My kids LOVE the spam musubi and we always buy a few extra to keep in the fridge. I highly recommend this place.
